OKISS Legal Information
RFQ & Sales Policy
A buyer-facing policy for quotation requests, samples, production, payment, shipping, documents, and quality claims.
1. Purpose
This RFQ & Sales Policy explains how OKISS handles business inquiries from the website. It is a practical buyer guide and does not replace a written quotation, invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or quality agreement.
2. What Buyers Should Include in an RFQ
- Product family, SKU, product page URL, material, size, thickness, color, and count.
- Estimated quantity, sample quantity, production quantity, and target MOQ.
- Destination country/region, sales channel, label language, packaging style, and compliance needs.
- Private-label, logo, barcode, carton mark, pallet, or document requirements.
- Target delivery date, preferred shipping method, and preferred Incoterms if known.
3. Samples, Production, and Lead Times
Sample availability, sample cost, sample freight, production lead time, MOQ, carton data, and container quantity depend on product model, stock status, packaging, customization, and destination market. Any website guidance must be confirmed by OKISS before it becomes part of an order.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Documents
Website pages do not show final prices and do not accept payment. Written quotations should confirm currency, unit price, packaging, MOQ, sample cost, tooling or printing cost, freight, Incoterms, payment schedule, bank details, document requirements, and quotation validity period.
Buyers are responsible for checking local import restrictions, duties, taxes, customs clearance, product registration, labeling, consumer-safety rules, and sales-channel requirements unless a written contract says otherwise.
5. Shipping, Risk, and Delivery
Shipping route, carrier/forwarder, delivery timeline, insurance, risk transfer, customs responsibility, and destination charges should be confirmed in the written order documents. Delays can occur due to production, inspection, payment, weather, port congestion, customs, carrier schedules, force majeure, or events outside OKISS control.
6. Quality Checks, Claims, and Returns
Quality standards, inspection method, approved samples, acceptable tolerance, packaging standard, claim deadline, evidence requirements, replacement process, return process, and refund terms should be agreed in writing. Customized, private-label, or made-to-order goods may not be returnable except as required by the written contract or applicable law.
